Ways to work together
Some folks want continuous guidance throughout their fitness journey, others are experienced exercisers.
I can work with you each and every time, or I can show you an effective program, teach you the exercises, and then you will exercise on your own, checking in monthly.
You may want to learn the classic barbell exercises: the low bar squat, deadlift, press and bench press. I can provide experienced instruction on these basic lifts and you can incorporate them into your workout as you like.

- 1 hour – $60
- 45 mins – $50
- 30 mins – $40
- Block of 3 x 1 hour – $150

Fitness Scholarships
I never want cost to be a barrier to someone getting in shape and learning the classic barbell lifts. If you cannot afford training, I offer a “fitness scholarship”, with a pay-what-you-can pricing structure. Often a few sessions will be all it takes for you to have a good idea of how to exercise on your own and follow an effective program.
